Injection molding machine common fault treatment method
First, the oil pump motor and oil pump start, but not pressure.
1. The proportional valve on the oil pump is loose or the coil is burned - check whether the proportional pressure valve is energized.
2. Impurities block the oil port of the proportional pressure valve on the oil pump -- remove the proportional pressure valve to
remove impurities.
3. The pressure oil is unclean, the debris accumulates on the surface of the oil filter, preventing the pressure oil from entering the
pump - clean the oil filter and replace the pressure oil.
4. Oil leakage inside the oil pump, caused by too long use, internal loss or pressure oil unclean damage - repair or replace the oil
pump.
5. Oil spillage barrels, oil pipes and joints - eliminate leakage areas.
6. Oil business card printing dead - check whether the oil spool activity is normal.
Second, the melting tube temperature can not be controlled
1. If the temperature cannot be controlled, check whether the contact of the electric heating contactor is sticky, and whether the wire of the thermocouple is loose or damaged.
2. If the temperature cannot rise, check whether the electric heating air switch in the electric box is off, whether the contactor and relay are drawn, whether there is voltage, whether the insurance is burned out, and whether the heating ring is burned out.
3. Check whether the thermometer is damaged.
Three, no mold locking
1. Whether the front opening safety door has been closed, whether the stopper of the safety door has been pressed and loosened
by the safety door, and whether the wiring is loose or damaged.
2. The mode-locked solenoid coil may have moved inside the valve and stuck the spool -- clean or replace the mode-locked mold
opening control valve.
3. Direction valve may be out of position - Clean the direction valve.
4. The thimble cannot be returned to reset -- check whether the thimble works normally.
5. Check whether the origin of the mode-locking and mode-opening electronic ruler of the computer controller has changed and
whether the mode-locking position has terminated.
6. Check whether the pressure gauge works.
7. Press the mode-locking key to see whether the display displays mode-locking signals or other signals and alarms.
8. Check whether the position, speed and pressure of the mold lock are adjusted normally.
9. Check whether the clamping piston rod is broken.
Four, do not shoot glue
1. The coil of the injection solenoid system may have been burned, or there are foreign objects entering the direction valve, and the
valve core is stuck to move - clean or replace the injection valve.
2. The pressure is too low -- adjust the pressure of the high jet glue.
3. The temperature of injection molding is too low - adjust the thermometer to increase the temperature to the required point, such
as adjusting the thermometer still can not increase the temperature, check whether the electric heater and fuse are burned out
Or loose break, if broken, timely replacement.
4. The injection combination valve opening system connection is loose or poor contact - the combination switch wire connector is
properly connected.
Fifth, the glue screw rotates, but the rubber material does not enter the barrel
1. The melt back pressure is too high, the back pressure valve is damaged or improperly adjusted -- adjust or replace the melt back
pressure valve.
2. Insufficient water transport, so that the temperature is too high, so that the rubber particles into the screw is blocked - adjust the
water transport, take out the bonded rubber block. See if the water conveyor is blocked or has no cooling water
3. There is no material in the bucket - add material.
4. Whether the melt tube temperature is too high.
Six. The shooting platform does not move
1. The moving limit travel switch of the shooting platform is pressed by the adjusting ram - adjust.
2. The coil of the shooting platform moving solenoid valve may be burned or there are foreign objects entering the direction valve
stuck in the spool to move - clean or replace the solenoid valve.
3. Check the forward speed of the shooting platform and whether the pressure is improperly adjusted.
4. Check the 1/0 board, the direction valve output voltage (DC+24V) is normal, if not normal, check the corresponding output
transistor or relay is damaged.
5. Press the station key to check whether the computer display displays the signal in front of the station, or other signals and alarms.
6. Check whether the pressure gauge works.
